RUDY GIULIANI'S lame Mayoral decisions have affected many folks in the city, in many different communities, from racial to artistic, to simply messing with people's lives.

Rudy sold all the little gardens and lots in NYC to private contractors and banks, and now thousands of folks' quality of life is suffering, as Rudy allows construction to start at 7:00AM, well before a large percentage of human beings are normally awake, especially artists, musicians, bartenders, etc., whose very professions require late night hours. The city that never sleeps!!
